Thanks guys.|Good location for Sandown and indeed most places on the island, as bus stops are a couple of minutes away & the railway station is around a mile maybe?|Rooms are very clean and have all the facilities you need - tea, coffee and biscuits, fresh water daily, hot shower & clean toilet. |Breakfast is excellent with a buffet of cereals, yoghurt, orange and apple juices, fresh fruit & muffins, followed by a choice of cooked usuals. Jon constantly keeps you topped up with tea & proper coffee!|Will visit again ASAP.

Lovely B&B for a beach and IOW holiday. Great location for beach and amenities. Owners welcoming and very accommodating for dietary needs. Rooms very clean, met needs for a short stay, if a little snug. Breakfast was outstanding.

Inglewood guest house Sandown Lovely clean and comfortable B&B. Great location near High Street and beach. Jon and Justine are perfect hosts. If I go the the Isle of Wight I always stay here as excellent standards are consistently maintained.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this guest house. The room was clean and comfortable and peaceful ,had everything I needed. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and made the whole stay really easy. The location was also great and convenient for getting around, very close to the beach , I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Myself and my colleagues spent 2 nights here as we were staying on the island for work.We arrived Friday evening at the Inglewood, we were greeted by Jon, who was welcoming as ever. Recommended us a late night food place and was generally very friendly and helpful.Unfortunately, we found out breakfast would be starting after we would have to leave for work the following morning. Jon made sure that we wouldn't go without. He met us in the dining area the next morning, an hour before breakfast would normally start and we had coffee, tea, cereals, fresh juice, toast, fruit, muffins etc, prepared for us. Jon was chatty and overall a pleasure to engage with especially being so early in the morning.The room (twin 2 single beds - en suite) was clean, comfortable, mattresses were incredibly soft and we slept really well. Stocked with tea, coffee, water, hot chocolate and biscuits. The bathroom was modern, shower was hot, great water pressure and equipped with shower gel and shampoo dispensers.We had a later start on the second morning so we were able to have a cooked breakfast. A lovely traditional full English, cooked by Justine, everything came out hot and the ingredients tasted fresh and of good quality.After another good conversation about the history of the hotel and everything in between, we said our goodbyes and checked out.Overall this was an exceptional stay, I look forward to my return, whether that be again for work or for leisure.A massive thank you to Jon and Justine, hope to see you again soon.

Just the absolute best, Jon and Justine's hospitality was the highlight of my Isle of Wight trip, they were so helpful and welcoming at all times. Awesome full English breakfast, comfortable rooms, so close to bus stops and just a few steps away from the beach, pubs nearby and a 7/11 shop right in front of the b&b, super safe spot for solo travellers. 100% would recommend and if I'm on the island again I will come back. 🙂

Friendly and helpful The hosts were very welcoming and provided great service, they were very helpful friendly. This was the second time we have stayed and would stay again if we were on the island in the future. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Outstanding a real gem A very enjoyable stay, while visiting family. The hosts Jon and Justine offer a warm friendly welcome, nothing is too much trouble. Lovely couple beautiful spotless accommodation, best bed I’ve ever slept in at any BnB or hotel, rates outstanding. Breakfast exceptional so much choice, not a sign of grease anywhere, fantastic. A real gem I stumbled across, I most definitely won’t be a stranger. Thank you both for such a pleasant stay, I will definitely be returning and recommending to family and friends when they visit the area.

The room we stayed in was lovely & clean,it had everything we needed. Jon & Justine were excellent hosts,very welcoming & made our stay so nice,they told us where things were, where to visit & which bus we needed & if we went by car,which route was the best. Justine's breakfast was delicious & you could have what you wanted & Jon delivered it with a smile,if we go back to the Isle of Wight, we'll definitely give Jon & Justine another visit. Sandown has a lovely beach.

😀 - Really nice couple run the plave and i normally do something like premier inn but so glad i opted for this. The room was clean, the bed was really comfortable, the breakfast was brilliant and the general energy was just much better tham other places i have stayed. I dont have any conflict of interest i just think they deserve a great review. Really was a positive experience and added quality to mu trip.

Had a very nice three night stay here. My room was clean and tidy with a good shower. The guesthouse is a minute from the promenade, and there are some great place to eat here. Jon and Janine were great hosts and cooked some amazing breakfasts!

John and Justine were terrific hosts! Justine took care of arranging our ferry crossing. When we arrived late, John got us a dinner booking at the Reef. The next day, breakfast was wonderful and they gave us ideas of what to see and do. We planned this last minute, and are glad we found John and Justine. We had an amazing weekend because of their hospitality.

Wonderful stay in Inglewood I was impressed by the room's cleanliness and the hosts' friendliness. Unfortunately due to the heat wave, my room was very warm during the day. When the sun set, it was much better. If I go the Isle of Wight again, I will definitely choose Inglewood.

Outstanding A Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended We had a fantastic stay at Inglewood Guest House in Sandown. From the moment we arrived, Jon and Justine made us feel incredibly welcome, and nothing was too much trouble. The guest house was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had a lovely homely atmosphere. Our room had everything we needed, with a very comfortable bed ensuring a great night’s sleep. It was also a fantastic place to stay with our 8-month-old baby — we felt very comfortable, and Jon and Justine were so accommodating and welcoming, which made our family break all the more enjoyable. The breakfast each morning was excellent, with plenty of choice and freshly cooked food to start the day. The location is also perfect — just a short walk to the beach, seafront, shops, and restaurants, making it an ideal base for exploring the Isle of Wight. A huge thank you to Jon and Justine for their kindness and hospitality. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their guests really make Inglewood stand out. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sandown.

Lovely break from Southampton Home from Home 😀 - Lovely couple Justina and Dave,nothing is any trouble for them . excellent hosts ,I shall definitely return same as the regulars you visit again and again . fab location also,home from home 😞 - I only came for 2 days and ended up staying longer , .I would have stayed another week but they are full I am not surprised .that's the only thing I disliked .everything was great

I can't fault my stay. The hosts made you feel welcome, and the atmosphere was lovely. The facilities where clean and tidy. And my room had all the amenities I needed for my stay. The location has retail shops, places to eat (pending your preference), public transport and ideal to walk to the beach nearby. The service provided was way and beyond. As this was value for money, I will be telling family and friends to consider booking this guest house. I am looking forward to booking my next stay with this establishment.

Absolutely lovely accommodation and hosts!Spent roughly 12 nights here due to work experience and felt super welcomed, greeted at the door each evening to ask how my day went and if i was okay. Often checking to make sure I am happy with my room and to say if I have even a small issue. Both Jon and Justine are caring hosts, couldn’t ask for anyone better!Rooms are cosy and clean, no issues at all, hot showers and radiators so perfect for the rainy days. Beds are very comfy and is quiet at night so no trouble sleeping.Would definitely recommend inglewood for anyone looking for a nice place to stay, very happy and will definitely be back in the future! 😁

Facilities are spotless, very well serviced and the breakfast is always varied and substantial with hot and cold choices, including vegetarian options.

It is a beautiful comfy BnB guesthouse. Room had the ensuit bath. Location is ideal. Just a minute walk down to the beach and high street. Easy to catch bus, for any location. Also, the train station is relatively near. Just 15 mins walk, easy for people who love to walk. Owners are amazing and hospitable. They met my vegetarian request wholeheartedly. And served me a delicious English breakfast. If I ever go again to Isle of wight, I will chose this place for stay again.

Was one of the best places to sleep ever and I've travelled a lot! The host was kind and friendly and the breakfast was exactly what you ask for! I'm going next year and booking with Inglewood because I know I'll be safe and looked after when travelling alone or with friends. 5 minutes from the beach too!

Jon and Justine are wonderful hosts. As well as looking after me and happily prepared a gluten free breakfast for me every morning, they also swapped the biscuit in my room to a Nakd bar. Always asked me if I needed anything, made recommendations for places to visit and eat at. Had a lovely chat every morning with me too. I hope to be back again as I felt so at home and comfortable and very well looked after.

Wonderful hosts, perfect little getaway Jon and Justine are wonderful hosts. As well as looking after me and happily prepared a gluten free breakfast for me every morning, they also swapped the biscuit in my room to a Nakd bar. Always asked me if I needed anything, made recommendations for places to visit and eat at. Had a lovely chat every morning with me too. I hope to be back again as I felt so at home and comfortable and very well looked after.

A great place to stay A great place to stay. Jon and Justine are so friendly and welcoming. My room was clean and comfy and the breakfasts were delicious. The B&B is really close to Sandown beach with bus stops just round the corner meaning you can access the rest of the island easily and the train's about 15 mins walk. As a solo traveler I felt completely at ease and would definitely stay again.

Shower pressure issue addressed immediately. 😞 - Although clearly not, in any way, the fault of our hosts Sandown seemed tired and neglected with several key properties on the sea-front distressed, with rooves damaged and looking abandoned. There is clear evidence of under-investment and lack of interest from the local authority. Very sad after our fond memories of some 40 years ago.

Proper guest house experience by the sea. Hosts are lovely, friendly and helpful. Would have preferred a room in the house, but was behind the kitchen. Apart from that, can't fault it.

Weekend Visit to Inglewood Guesthouse Rooms were spotless, well equipped with comfortable beds. Jon and Justine made us feel very welcome. Having arrived late Jon went the extra mile by booking us an evening meal at a nearby Bistro. Breakfast in the morning was excellent. Parking was readily available. This was my second visit and I would highly recommend this guesthouse.

Owners are friendly and very helpful in pointing you in the right direction for going anyway. Rooms clean and well serviced breakfast very well presented and a great choice of foods if you want any thing else all you had to do was ask don't know about extra bacon eggs ect because I had enough with what I had. Tolles B&B! 😀 - Wir verbrachten eine Woche in Sandown auf der Isle of Wight und hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Inglewood Guest House geführt von Justine und Jon. Das B&B ist sehr gut gelegen, da es in der Nähe des Strandes liegt und es einen kleinen Supermarkt und Geschäfte in der Nähe gibt. Unser Zimmer war geschmackvoll und sauber, mit zwei getrennten Betten und einem eigenen Bad mit Dusche. Es gab eine Tee- und Kaffeezubereitungsmöglichkeit und eine nette Geste war, dass wir dazu jeden Tag ein paar Kekse bekamen. Das Frühstück war reichlich und schmackhaft. John und Justine waren sehr freundlich und haben uns Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Als wir ein Problem mit unserem Flughafentransfer hatten, hat Jon uns sehr geholfen und eine Alternative für uns organisiert. Ohne diese freundliche Hilfe hätten wir wahrscheinlich unseren Flug nach Hause verpasst. Alles in allem können wir das Inglewood Guest House sehr empfehlen. 😞 - None

Great Guest House! My friend and I spent a week in Sandown on the Isle of Wight and had a very enjoyable stay at Justine and Jon's Inglewood Guest House. The B&B is nicely situated because its close to the beach with a little supermarket and shops in the vicinity. Our room was nice and clean with two separate beds, an ensuite bathroom and shower. It had tea and coffee making facilities and a nice touch was that we got some biscuits as a treat ever day. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty and John and Justine were very friendly, We are very grateful because when we had a problem with our airport transfer Jon helped us a lot and organized an alternative for us. If it had not been for their friendly help, we would probably have missed our flight back home. All in all, we can highly recommend Inglewood Guest House.

Me and my daughter have just got back from staying at this gorgeous guest house. The hosts were fantastic, they made us feel very welcome and Justine cooked the perfect breakfast for us every morning. Location is fab and only 2 mins walk to the beautiful beach. Everything perfect Justine and Jon are the perfect hosts and everything about our four night stay was perfect. The full English breakfast is to die for with Jon filling up my coffee cup without even asking. A very good recommendation by my daughter, who is returning again in September.

Absolutely fantastic 😊 This is a very nice place to stay if you planning on staying at Isle of Wight for a few days, the room I stayed in had a lovely comfy bed, it's own shower and loo and a kettle with selection of hot drinks. Breakfast was very nicely cooked too and you can get a bowl of cereal and juice while you waiting 🙂. Hosts were great and very chatty which was nice , there's a big TV which was used to play the nights Isle of Wight festival ( so I got to see myself on TV😄 ). The beach is only a short walk away when you want to have a chill the following day and dip your toes. Definitely will stay here again when I come back to Isle of Wight in the future 🙂.

The room was clean and comfortable, lovely comfy bed and an excellent shower. The room had all the amenities needed (kettle, heating, Wi-Fi, smart TV, tea/coffee/biscuits, shampoo etc). The location was great, close to bus stops, a shop across the road, and a very short walk down to the sea front. Excellent place to stay. Congenial hosts, clean comfortable rooms and a good breakfast, plus a wealth of local knowledge and good advice on eateries.Would recommend Inglewood as a place to stay.Road closures due to landslips made life exciting but we still managed to get around without too much difficulty.Our first trip to the Isle, but would return later in the year next time.

A Little Gem Welcoming owners, very helpful with restaurant recommendations and local information. Spotlessly clean room and en suite, comfortable bed and warm room. A lovely host and hostess. Breakfast was just the ticket. Very close to the beach. Would recommend.

Sandown Siesta Easy to find, John was very welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed for my stay. The breakfast in the morning was also very good and set me up nicely for my journey back! Stayed here for one night. Was very impressed with this well cared for property. My room was perfectly clean and the decor was perfect. The breakfast was lovely with plenty to eat. The owners were friendly, helpful and always ready to answer any questions.All in all a fantastic place to stay, I would recommend it highly.

Had a 3 night stay in the twin room en-suite.Fantastic location with easy nearby free parking.A wonderful friendly welcome by Jon. The house is spotless and freshly decorated. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable and of excellent quality. Breakfast was delicious and nothing was too much trouble. The beautiful beach is 5 min walk away. Jon and Justine have a vast knowledge of the Island's attractions and eateries. I would highly recommend Inglewood Guest House for your stay. Thankyou Jon and Justine for a wonderful stay. Nice place to stay Jon and Justine are very friendly and do everything they can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It really is only 2 mins walk from the sea, and we went for a walk along the front every morning in an effort to walk off some of the breakfast. The room was quiet, smallish but very comfortable, and had everything you need: tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits, bottled water, plenty of wooden coathangers, reading lights, handy power points, shower gel, shampoo, handwash but above all a comfortable bed and pillows. Sandown beach is a wide expanse of beautiful sand and you can hire beach-huts, chairs, parasols and windbreaks. There are nice places to eat along the front eg The Reef, and Bellamy's Bistro in The High St is great.

Just so perfect in every way.😄 😀 - Being on a solo holiday can be daunting for some..I was made to feel very welcome & nothing was too much trouble for Jon & Justine. During the lovely breakfast cooked by Justine, I was introduced to other holiday makers by Jon. I found Inglewood outstanding. Inglewood is just a short stroll from the beach & the shops. During the night, it was very quite & I slept really well. The bed was extremely comfy & had a Tv in my room along with a hair dryer..I am so impressed & happy with Inglewood, that I would loved to have stayed for a couple of extra days. (Inglewood is a must!! 😃 I hope to return again soon. Jon & Justine have really made my stay at their guest house the perfect holiday. Thank you Jon & Justine.

Short break surprise This was a last minute trip to visit family on the Island. Received a warm welcome from John and Justine and had a single room which was compact, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and it was excellent and set me up for the day. I visit the island fairly regularly and will be looking to book a room there again Tried adding a photo of the breakfast, however it wouldn’t allow me, it was really good though

The hosts went out of their way to ensure our comfort and happiness throughout our stay. The rooms were not only nice and comfortable, but they were also impeccably clean and beautifully furnished. The highlight of our mornings was the delicious breakfast they served. Not only did they cater to various dietary preferences, but the owners even prepared a special and delightful vegan version just for us. It's these personal touches that truly set Iglewood B&B apart. We also appreciated the convenience of having space for bicycles. It made exploring the area so much easier. And speaking of convenience, the small touches like having snacks in the room were such a thoughtful gesture. It really made us feel at home and well taken care of. My school trip with Jon and Justine There is lots of storage space. There are very friendly staff especially Jon who was very funny and was featured in my schools leavers play! I made some great memories with my school . Justine is a good cook! Her soup was very nice . The rooms were tidy and had enough space to fit a medium suitcase underneath my bunk bed ! Jon was the hilight of my school trip! His jokes always brang a huge smile to my face. I rate this 5 stars as it’s amazing and very welcoming ! Thanks Jon and Justine! Lucy-Fromm pirton school

Best b&b in sandown Just back from 3 nights at inglewood guest house sandown. The welcome and service was top knotch. Rooms clean and comfortable tea tray replenished daily with luxury biscuits too. Flat screen tv which you can watch your Netflix etc on. The breakfast was plentiful cereals,fruit,cake,juices,full English as much toast as you wish .and tea and coffee as many as you desire.waited on with a smile and chat. And cooked to perfection. Highly recommend. I will be back very very soon.

Great stay at the Inglewood Guest House, clean, friendly, best hosts ever. My husband and I have just returned from a short stay at the Inglewood guest house and I must say we had a great time staying with Jon & Justine, we arrived earlier than expected and went to see if we could drop our bags off, Jon greeted us with a great smile and was so friendly, a very likeable man. Our room was very clean and comfortable with lovely white soft towels ,beds we’re comfortable, no lumpy mattresses which is good 😊 Justine cooked us a delicious breakfast and was also really friendly, we felt we had made two new friends by the time we left. Had great chats with Jon at breakfast and he kept us amused with his stories. We would definitely go back to the Inglewood again as great hosts, good location to the beach and some lovely pubs and restaurants around to , thanks again Jon & Justine for making our stay on the island a memorable one and hopefully see you again in the foreseeable future 😊

Faultless little gem! An excellent B&B! Jon and Justine are lovely, friendly people, and make staying at the Inglewood Guest House an absolute joy! I stayed with Jon & Justine 4 nights. The room was lovely & everything I needed was there. Justine makes a 10/10 full English & Jon is a mine of information, both made me feel very welcome & nothing was to much trouble. Will definitely be going back & stay for longer.

Vey Clean Convenient Situated Guest House I was doing a cycling trip around the Island and I stayed here because the hotel where everyone else was staying was full. It is in a very convenient location - close to the beach and the town centre. There was somewhere safe to store my bike. The room (no 6) was approached by some steep steps so would not suit all. I knew about this before I booked so no problem. It was also quite a small room but again I knew it was small and I was on my own so fine for just me. Exceptionally clean and a great breakfast - especially the sausages! Jon and Justine were very friendly and it was a pleasure to chat with them at breakfast. My only niggle was that there was no hairdryer in the room. I called and Jon brought me one but I as embarrassed to have to do this. I feel there should be one in every room after all who doesn't nee a hairdryer after a shower? Unless you are bald of course!

Great stay in Sandown Jon and Justine are great hosts! Justine made a wonderful vegetarian breakfast and the room is nice and has a comfortable bed. The bus stop is around the corner and it's close to the beach. Highly recommended.

Fab choice for vegans - Justine whipped us up hearty vegan cooked breakfasts and provided little extra snacks/oat milk for the room which was so appreciated 😋 Jon was super welcoming and took great care to ensure we had everything we needed. Lovely Guest House Great guest house - clean rooms, lovely breakfast and very friendly & helpful hosts - Jon & Justine. A stones throw from Sandown beach. We were there with tweenagers, so had an interconnecting room which worked brilliantly. The grandparents were along the hall. All of us enjoyed our stay very much and would 100% recommend.

Brilliant Inglewood Guest House The atmosphere here was brilliant. Jon and Justine were very welcoming and would go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room we stayed (room 8) was very well equipped and breakfast was the perfect amount. Jon was front of house while Justine was in the kitchen, Jon chatted to us and made sure everything was ok. We could not fault anything and are looking forward to returning again soon.

The only thing is maybe that the mobile signal is not very good in the house, so I need to get out to have phone calls sometimes. But that's some common thing and it doesn't bother me at all.

Lovely BB The B&B was lovely. The hosts were very accommodating, friendly and chatty. The beds were really comfy and breakfast was great. Only downside side - just a small one - really could have done with a bedside table each as I had to keep getting up to enjoy a mouthful of tea as I didn't want to put the mug on the floor.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at Inglewood Guesthouse using a buy a gift voucher. Our room was comfortable, spotlessly clean & very well equipped, & the hostess tray had plenty of tea, coffee etc including bottled water & biscuits.Jon & Justine were perfect hosts, friendly & welcoming. The breakfast was superb, full English was had by most with cereals, fruit, pastries, yoghurt etc provided too.We would not hesitate to book again when visiting the Island. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely first class service from start to finish! Justine and Jon are amazing hosts who helped us with the whole booking process including ferries and the fact that two of our nights were on a “Buyagift” voucher but we wanted to add two nights. They sorted everything for us. Our room was spotlessly clean. The bedding is of a good quality standard, all toiletries were provided in our en-suite with an electric shower which had good pressure and easy to control water temperature. our tea tray - which was replenished daily - offered bottled water as well as tea, coffee and hot chocolate. The addition of two individual packs of local biscuits were very welcome after a busy day enjoying the Isle of Wight’s attractions. The flatscreen TV was an added bonus. There was plenty of choice for breakfast including Justines full English which set us up for the day. We really couldn’t fault anything at all and have no hesitation in recommending Inglewood. Justine and Jon really are brilliant hosts.

Great location, fantastic owners who meet and greet. Fresh decorated rooms with very comfortable beds. Coffee and tea milk and lovely biscuits provided also provided and full size kettle. Fresh clean bedding and towels with hand soap at sinks.Recommend this guesthouse for a visit.

We had a fantastic stay at the Inglewood Guesthouse. Justine and Jon are fantastic hosts who are welcoming and caring. The bedroom was excellent and we enjoyed being able to log into our Netflix and Disney +. The breakfast was also incredible with a wide choice of cereals, full English and jams - we could customise it to meet our needs ( e.g. oat milk). Very close to the beach and easy links to everywhere we needed with the buses right round the corner.

A friendly welcome from Jon and Justine Helpful and informative about the island's places to visit. A lovely relaxing twin room with plenty of space and soothing decor. We enjoyed the daily breakfasts and we're well taken care of. We stayed six nights and went home having enjoyed a relaxing stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We both highly recommend Inglewood for a great stay.

The perfect place to stay in Sandown Perfectly placed a 10-minute stroll from the High Street and beach, I'd recommend this smashing place to stay in Sandown. I received a friendly welcome, enjoyed a comfortable bed and good in-room facilities, and an excellent breakfast - many thanks to hosts Jon & Justine. Without hesitation, I'd return to Inglewood the next time I'm staying over in Sandown.

Exceptional attention to detail! Inglewood Guesthouse provides a combination of great accommodation and exceptional care from the hosts. You couldn’t ask for a more friendly, attentive couple (Jon and Justine) to look after you during your stay. They are full of enthusiasm and information about the surrounding area and ready with recommendations and tips to enhance your stay. Our family room was spotless and beautifully decorated and we were provided with lovely biscuits (and even GF treats for me which is a first anywhere I’ve stayed), tea, coffee, hot chocolate and even bottled water. The cooked breakfasts are fantastic and there are lots of other options too; our son being delighted with the chocolate muffins! I highly recommend Inglewood Guest house for the personal touch and beautifully presented rooms.

Jewel in the Crown! This is hands down the best guesthouse I've ever been to - its standards are more fitting to a high end hotel but with a personal touch. My room was immaculate and the size of a double room rather than a single. The breakfast is Justine cooking and Jon serving. It was fresh and tasty with a selection of cereals, pastries and muffins. I was greeted every morning with a smile. It's close to the beach, shops and bus stops. Would I stay there again?......in a heartbeat!! I was sad to leave.

Lovely guesthouse with even lovelier hosts. I stayed with my teenage son and from the moment we crossed the threshold we were made to feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Jon and Justine were fabulous and were always ready to give us hints and tips on the best places to go for food and views. Our room was lovely, clean and bright and everything we needed was there. Breakfasts were lovely and a good range of options were offered. T and I definitely recommend staying there. Jon and Justine (and some of the other guests - thanks J ) helped us fall back in love with the IOW. We will definitely be back and maybe bring the other 2 with us next time. Heartily recommend staying at Inglewood.

Amazing B & B We stayed as a family of 4 at Inglewood Guest House in a family room, the children had bunk beds and although not en-suite, we had the use of a private bathroom (we knew this at time of booking). In the room is a tea tray which is replenished daily with tea, coffee, hot choc, biscuits and bottled water. The hosts Jon and Justine were really friendly, welcoming and full of knowledge and recommendations about things to do and places to go - at the time of booking, Justine helped us with our ferry booking too. The whole B & B was spotless. Great selection of food for breakfast - cereal, fruit, muffins, yoghurts, fresh juices and a very nice cooked full English. The location of the B & B is literally a 2 minutes walk to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

Ten out of ten Had a fab 4 night break here while visiting family and friends on the Isle of Wight. Everything spotlessly clean..room was very comfy.. everything felt fresh..plenty hangers to hang clothes.. kettle and tea/coffe/hot chocolate..biscuits were scrummy too... use of hairdryer and iron/ board..always a bonus for me..had the use of an electric fan too..they really have thought of everything..breakfast was delicious, thanks again Justine..thanks also to Jon who was forever topping up mi coffee...lovely couple...lovely place..would 100% highly recommend...deffo deserves more stars in my opinion...thanks for a memorable stay guys

2 day stay We had a pleasant stay at Inglewood Guest House in Sandown. The rooms were very clean and well decorated and had all the facilities you needed for a few days stay. The cooked breakfasts were lovely. The owners were very friendly and helpful with recommendations for local pubs and restaurants in the evenings. I enjoyed the stay so much I will probably go back next year. Definitely recommend this place to anyone. I just couldnt fault it.

Wonderful stay! Wonderful stay with John and Justine. Their guest house is immaculate and they'd thought of everything. The English breakfast was great too but above all, their hospitality was incredible, John taking the trouble to suggest local restaurants and even making bookings for us. Very friendly couple, highly recommend staying with them.

Great stay! As a coach driver I arrived with my 25 passengers from Essex and immediately we were made to feel most welcome. John and Justine are great people and nothing was too much trouble. We were served with well cooked, tasty meals and had a packed lunch provided for our outings. The venue is spotlessly clean and in a great location. If you're visiting Sandown, Inglenook should be top of your list.

Brilliant Guest House My family and I have just came home from a week in the Isle of Wight. We stayed in a local caravan park by my dad wanted a bit of comfort so I booked the Inglewood guest house. From the minute he arrived to the minute he left he was looked after very well. House was spotless! Room was spotless! Room was well equipped with everything you needed. Breakfast was lovely! Jon and Justine were very welcoming and friendly. Jon carried my dads bag up to the room and out to the car and waved us off. I would 100% recommend this guesthouse to anyone we will definitely be returning. Thank you for looking after my dad!

English Heritage cycling weekend Lovely 2 night stay at the excellent Inglewood Guest House where we enjoyed a warm welcome from Jon & Justine. Our room provided everything we needed and we were treated to a great breakfast. Only a couple of minutes from the seafront. Easily found not far from the Red Squirrel cycling route (no. 23)

Brilliant guest house - lovely hosts! Our school group stayed at the Inglewood Guesthouse for a week. Jon and Justine gave us a friendly welcome and we immediately felt at home. They offered us delicious, home-cooked food and made our week with them really special. Personally, I was utterly impressed with this guesthouse. It is immaculately clean with well-presented, comfortable rooms. Thank you Jon and Justine for making our Isle of Wight adventure so wonderful.

Value for money in very location for beach and shoprs. Very good location some 150 yds to beach front and town centre. Property and rooms in excellent condition. Breakfast available on request but not forced on you. It is possible to access many bus routes to the east side of the island, which we used and also a rail link. There are coastal and sea front walks for all abilities. Ryde, Shanklin and Newport worth a visit. Best of all was the hospitality of John and Justine. Off road parking only but John's very helpful. Free WiFi.

Wonderful experience A small guesthouse two minutes from the beach , this charming recently redecorated guesthouse was a joy to stay at. We were only there for two nights on a weekend break but the owners Justine and Jon were wonderful hosts. Nothing was too much trouble and a credit to their profession. I would thoroughly recommend.

Good B&B for a One Night Stay We stayed for one night whilst walking the Isle of Wight Coastal Path booked through Absolute Escapes. Our room was clean, modern and well furnished. While it was ok for a one night stay it would have been too small for anything longer. The breakfast was excellent and the hosts very friendly.

What a Fantastic B&B! Absolutely first class service from start to finish! Justine and Jon are amazing hosts who helped us with the whole booking process including ferries and the fact that two of our nights were on a “Buyagift” voucher but we wanted to add two nights. They sorted everything for us. Our room was spotlessly clean. The bedding is of a good quality standard, all toiletries were provided in our en-suite with an electric shower which had good pressure and easy to control water temperature. our tea tray - which was replenished daily - offered bottled water as well as tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Lovely stay Myself, my partner and our young Son stayed for 4 nights. We really enjoyed out stay. The b&b was very clean and comfortable. Big smart tv on the wall, you can log into your Netflix account. We had a lovely full English breakfast twice whilst we stayed there. Justine and John were very welcoming and helpful. Inglewood Guest House Lovely hosts as they were friendly, gluten allergy at breakfast catered for. Will stay again. Was able to prebook my ferry crossing in advance with the Guesthouse which makes travelling a little easier and convenient. There is a post office and small shop directly opposite for snacks, alcohol and any essentials.

Lovely B&B near beach We used a “Buy a Gift” voucher to stay here. The room was very nice and clean and the owners are really friendly. The location is great, very near to the beach and all the seafront restaurants. Breakfast was delicious with good quality ingredients. Lives up to it’s already very good trip advisor rating! Wonderful B&B near the sea We visited in January to get away for my partners birthday expecting many places to be closed because it was out of season. Well John and Justine know everything about everything on the island and were full of suggestions of places to visit and eat! We had a lovely time on the bracing sea front and pier and the B&B was a cosy place to relax before going out again with tea, coffee and biscuits in the room which they replaced every day. Justine cooks a great breakfast aswell as fruit, cereal and yoghurt and tea, coffee or juice to choose from. It couldn't have been a nicer break 🙂

Back again! Great little B&B - good value, spotless and comfy. Love the banter over breakfast too - this is now my “go to” B&B when I visit the island! Would recommend to anyone looking for a B&B on the island. Love the new TVs by the way!!!

Wonderful short break Just back from spending 2 nights at the delightful Inglewood Guest House. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cannot fault it in any way, our en-suite room was absolutely spotlessly clean and fulfilled our needs in every way, the beds were amazingly comfortable, tea,coffee, hot chocolate drinks tray, toiletries that was topped up each day. The breakfast was really delicious and plentiful, with lots of choice on offer, fruit, yogurts,cereals,muffins,toast & not forgetting the delicious full english! The Guest house is just 3 mins walk from the beautiful Sandown sandy beach & shops which was delightful to walk along each morning & evening. The hosts Jon & justin were really lovely & made you feel so welcome, very friendly & couldn't do enough for you. We cannot recommend this lovely guest house enough, and we will definitely be returning. Thank you so much Justin & Jon for everything. 🙂

I know where I'm staying whenever I come back! 😀 - Owners and their regular guests made me feel so welcome and were really helpful. Breakfast was lovely. Very clean. Comfy bed. Right by the High Street and beach, bus stops and easy walk to the station. 😞 - Booking.com description made me think there was a fridge in the room. There is a fridge which is great but it isn't in the room. Its a large communal fridge which was clean and plenty of space so not a problem for me but not what I was expecting.

Spot on Booked a single room that ended up being at the front of the house. No noise and slept like a dream. Really clean throughout and great atmosphere. The hosts were fantastic and they let me safely store my bike overnight. Breakfast was great too! Would definitely go back again.

Teabags and biscuits topped up every day. Toiletries supplied, Great full English breakfast. Comfy bed. Plenty of sockets for phone charger etc. 😞 - Nothing serious really- A chair in the room would have been nice, but I appreciate there is not much space for it.
