We stayed at Inglewood Guesthouse for two nights, arriving Friday evening and checking out Sunday morning, for a weekend break on Isle of Wight.
The guesthouse is easy to find, located in heart of Sandown and a loose walk to shops, restaurants, the seafront, pier and beach. There is
on street parking close by, and spaces to unpack and pack the car directly opposite. We stayed in a family room with a double bed, single bed and
ensuite.
The hosts, John & Justine, were very friendly and accommodating – fitting a bed guard on to the single bed for our toddler. The room had lovely fluffy towels for each guest, plus toiletries and a kettle with tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits.
Everything was spotlessly clean, and the shower was hot and powerful. John & Justine provide a really tasty full English breakfast, plus tea, coffee, cereal, juice, yoghurt, toast and muffins if wanted. They are offering a table
service at the moment rather than a buffet in line with COVID measures.
Overall, we had an excellent stay – Inglewood Guesthouse is a perfect base to explore Isle or Wight and such good value for money. We would definitely stay again, hopefully next year for our annual loW visit!
